Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number (check your junk folder just in case).

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days.

Note: If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, is not collected, or is returned to us, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
Duties & Taxes

Returns

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’re truly sorry! Please contact info@thefreelancesuite.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
